My japanese is extremely limited, (I only know a few words), so correct me if I'm wrong here, but wouldn't this be something along the lines of 'Pisawaha desu'? I'm under the impression that the word 'desu' is often englished as 'death'.

Nnnnnnnnnno. Desu usually means "it is", and is usually used to end a sentence formally (feel free to call me out on that, I'm not too knowledgeable about the language myself). Death wouldn't have an engrish translation (like passport) since something like death would be common to Japan (as in, death isn't a freak occurrence that has only been discovered recently)

Woah. That paragraph blew my mind. What were you trying to get across? I honestly didn't understand it.
I mean to say that my understanding of the Japanese language whatsoever, is based on the conclusions I can draw from the dialog of their films and the context in which they use the dialog.
I mean to say that I thought 'desu' meant 'death' because I've seen it used in sequences in which characters die several times.
I dubbed the creature in the picture PisaWaha as a portmanteau to reference it without saying 'Death Pisaro / Waha'.

Well, desu doesn't mean "death" in a literal sense; it's merely that the English word "death" would be transliterated into Japanese phonemes as desu. This is why there were a lot of "Desu Note" jokes made when Death Note came out.
