Already huh? While I admit I like Saitama and the show One Punch Man a lot, im not sure he's this capable yet, but.. his is just starting, and DB is trying to revive itself, so who knows in time Saitama might show that he is in fact more powerful than these two.
To be perfectly honest, neither Goku nor Vegeta are evidently dead and have been shown to survive being punched into a crater of these sizes, and neither are in their Super Saiyan forms.
So take that however you will, maybe they will just get up a second later, maybe not, whatever.
Saitama does fight the equivalent of Super Saiyans later on in the manga.
But the thing about it is that, his very purpose IS to be stronger than anything. That's the joke.
The story will probably get more serious when the writer decides to get into why people get superpowers just by repeating and wanting something obsessively.
But until then, this is probably how a fight between the 3 would pan out.
