One thing I still confused on here is, when the "eraser" erase all the clothes, why that gloves is not get erased too?

Hmm no expert here, but its very probable by using layer mask like in the photoshop, so all he does is erasing the uniform layer, and leaving the main body and gloves untouched..

Correct.

It looks like Kashima herself is the master layer, then then gloves look to be a separate layer, followed by the pantsu, then the uniform itself.

Removing the layers piecemeal give you multiple images.
