Yes I havean I mean as in when Tomoko graduates maybe she can run into her by chance/luck.

Interestingly, Megumi does appear in one of the volume extras--she notices Tomoko, though she doesn't talk to her. Turns out she goes to Aoyama (the college Asuka wants to attend).
