For anyone wondering, the QR codes seem to just link back to previous sketches the artist made on Twitter.

At first I thought it was something like "good reaction to getting felt up", but then further research give me the impression of "enough to sink your fingers into". I just couldn't find a really good definition for it, so I guessed at a localization.

My sources define the 応え/ごたえ suffix as "worth ...ing; worthwhile ...ing; satisfying to ..."
