    So....it is Admiral Ginrai. I thought that hair looked familiar.
    (Basically, in English, this is the human Powermaster for Optimus Prime. Though in Masterforce, he more or less was the brain and soul of an modified empty body of Optimus Prime (a transtector). Almost a powersuit for a while. The dubbing was horrible for him, as the dub called him Optimus Prime...as the human)

    The transtectors eventually became full transformers, leaving their humans behind. I seems Prime's come back to help an older Ginrai again.
