By the context on the book, I think they had sex before this. Oh, and she told him to call her Ai-chan but then switched to Jay-chan at the end of the book. I to J. How much bigger is Himura going to make her?

THe book isn't all that different from these posts really. It only has more of Manga pages, telling a little story about the guy and his Ai-chan. And how they did "this and that". There's just one page saying that they did though.
