I love almost all of them, but having been a fan of Sayori's art for many years, I'm quite partial to Chocola and Vanilla. Some of their most beautiful appearances are in Sayori's earlier works, long before Nekopara materialized as a thing.

Putting them aside, I'd vote for Shigure.

Limiting it to the catgirls, and haivng already placed Chocola and Vanilla out of the running... probably Coconut, with Maple close behind. Coconut is so adorable with how self-conscious she is.
