I'm not into the foot thing, not my fetish. Probably that's why I see this as bad as urine in your coffee. Yeah I know, wine and fermented foods, but still.

The dough was probably covered with plastic beforehand, it's harder to knead that kind of noodle dough, so feet strength helps.
