Yup. Redhead youkai seem to all possess dynamite bodies and some power. Even Sekibanki and Rin, while more modest than the previously named girls, aren't exactly super slender. Hecatia sure isn't tiny.

Speaking of pink lewdhair, according to ambiguous sources there is statement that Yuyuko has biggest breasts. "Perfect cherry bossom" indeed. Komachi's breasts, how can I say it, are rather "emphasized" by her clothes (I'm not saying they are small though).

In the end, Sumirenko still picked the wrong target to brag to about modern clothes. She should've chosen Kokoro or Youmu, who wouldn't have had such a hard time zipping up.
I'll have to check Forbidden Scrollery and the other Touhou manga written with Zun to confirm if Koakuma has made an appearance in them. Most portrayals have her as being lower rank than Remi or Flan (putting the little in her name), versus being physically tiny.

My autocorrect is getting a little.... eccentric. I have to double check it, and I don't always do so when on the phone or in a rush. I could swear that a youkai is involved...
And it seems to think Sumireko and Renko are related.
Also, Touhou Wiki only lists Koakuma in Strange and Bright Nature Deity 14 and Inaba of the Moon, Inaba of the Earth 23. In both, she wasn't significantly smaller then anyone - certainly no shorter than Remilia. I think the little is not related to her size, but her power level or demon rank.
