I swapped "minigirl" tag for "giantess" tag, because the picture seems to imply that Anzu is 139cm tall, which, while smol, is not quite minigirl territory (and is also Anzu's canon height). We're not looking at a unusually tiny Anzu, but an unusually big Kirari.
Hard to tell for sure from this art style, since Anzu's drawn a bit chibi and it only shows Kirari from just above the knees on up, but I'd say Kirari's shown as somewhere between 5.5 - 5.75 Anzus tall. That puts her at about 7.65m (12' 1") - 7.99m (13' 3"). So, yeah.

I'm not sure why it took me 9 months to notice this but your metric/imperial conversions are way off. With the same given measurements in meters, it should be 25'0" - 26'3".
