I think they should add it, but instead the ECHO would show us corrupt 3D images and a lot of static noise in the audio but still can feel that whatever happen here it was not pretty. Add realism to the game.
This may sound weird and really serial killer like, but one of my favorite things about Dutchko's works is that he isn't afraid to kill off his characters (at least in the image). It kind of adds realism to the anime world where scantily clad or even just not well armored girls are somehow able to beat 100 men armed and armored to the teeth like they were paper cutouts.

I always wondered if it's a meme around here... Dutchko's as much a guy as Shino is. Females are not admitted into Korean military as privates since the 70's; they are all officers, commissioned or otherwise.
Yknow i wish dutchko drew something based on that scene where the Rikers gun down an NYPD car in found footage... i really wish especially if everyone are anime girls lol
