    もともと映画見て帰ろうと思ってたので、ここまでは予定通りの行動でした。

    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 1952

I'd figured from the start I'd see the movie and then go back, so up to here, things were going just as expected.

Well can't say it was unexpected.

For the poll, The Martian, because Matt Damon its the only movie on the list I hasn't watch yet. Too busy with assignments lately.

I can't help but be reminded whenever I see the phrase 'Killing Time'.

The Martian is great, I loved the novel so I was hyped for the movie. I got to see it on release day. If you liked the movie, read the book, and if you liked the book, see the movie. They're different enough that one is still fun if you liked the other.

Well, nothing will start by my kicking up a fuss.
    Amazing! It's a cutting board!!
    "The! Tetsuwan! DASH!!" reference.
Past noon, when the screening has ended...
    Hmm...my flight is at 2:00 p.m....
...but I don't know yet whether it's going to take off.
    Your flight's canceled too.

    Okay! Back to Sapporo!!
Taking in The Martian at the Jaga Pokkuru Theater in the airport. The film was titled Odyssey in Japan. Jaga Pokkuru are crispy, french fry-type snacks from Calbee. The name stems from Koropokkuru, an Ainu word for fairies or wee folk who lived under giant butterburs.
    Right, then!
