From Osa-Remi's point of view, when you crack the eggs in, they turned into pancakes...?

For some reason I can't help but wonder how little milk/water/fluid ingredients* are used to get pancakes that thick. Would one use dehydrated milk and like... only enough water to allow the ingredients to be mixed/poured? They're clearly not using dried eggs... Maybe instead of truly flipping them, they're combining two pancakes into one?

*For those who don't know, the thinner the batter, the thinner pancakes and vice versa with thick batter.

Huh. And here I was expecting it to end up with some random other food, rather than nothing happening at all.

She has to realize that she has to make something first. At this point she just thinks it's automatic.

You make the base first, then pour the additional, even thicker batter on top making a donut-like circle around the edges. If you have a food burner like what they usually use in fancy sushi dishes, you'd want to singe the newly poured batter a bit so it can retain the shape when flipped. And then you flip it!

Somehow seeing osas not being able to make the food they want makes me sad.

They're made in ring moulds, and have beaten egg whites mixed into the batter, like a souffle.
