I think creating a pool with creayus' CC cosplays is appropriate, right?
As was mentioned on post #2336045, nowadays there wouldn't be much added to it besides a flood of Creayus's images. c.c. cosplay -creayus results in one image from 3 months ago, the next 11 months ago, and the third 2 years ago.

Cosplays of licensed characters is a problematic copyright thing like doujinshi. The owners might let fans do their things as long as it's in small scale, but no commercial stuffs without permission.
Making figures of C.C. doing cosplay would mean you'll have to ask for license from both Code Geass and the cosplayed character, resulting in a more expensive retail price. That's not including the workmanship. Oh, and chance that the copyright owners won't accept the request.

Code Geass is owned by Bandai Namco which owns quite a few anime series, so if Creayus was officially hired by Bandai Namco she would at least be able to design C.C. wearing cosplays of characters owned by that company. Creayus already has made pictures of that kind of cosplay, like post #1607058.
