A Negima reference. I'm guessing that because of the obvious font the exclamation mark (!) and the fact that the larger word is Negimi with Negi being in Katakana and mi in Hiragana.

Though what Negimi means, I've no clue.

The artist's name is Nemigi, so it should be obvious.
