The "Similar" function says no. So I guess you saw a comparable pic with Fubuki or another character with the same pose. But I can't remember.

As I've said on my comment right before yours, I have this pic saved, so I know what I saw wasn't some other pic that looked the same.
I checked and I saved this pic on 5th of April.

Oh sorry about that,then my only guess is the recognition is off a little like how we can upload twitter and pixiv without it detecting either in how the pic is saved and rendered from the various sources.

The results were

2013 and 2014 (No Fubuki images were uploaded), 2015 (0 of 5 coincidences), 2016 (0 of 2 coincidences)

Probably was on another site, or another date, you could always change the numbers adapting your interests

What about the filename? if you've saved it from danbooru, assuming you used 'download' button, the filename will be : fubuki (kantai collection) drawn by evuoaniramu - md5 hashtag (random numbers and alphabets).
You can search in danbooru by md5, for example I put this in danbooru search bar md5:0d6a8fea5335bdbec5b5d2d627b081a9 and the result will be only this pic.

If it's just : 56115635_p0, then you saved it from pixiv
If it's just md5, chance that you saved it from another booru sites.
If it's some random alphabets and number with some of them in capital, for example : ABco8f5VAAEFGh
then it's from twitter.
