This is like one of those reasoning puzzles. So, assuming they're both using the same system, they both have the same opinions of "Staying over" (no opinion, or maybe?) and "Photography," but different opinions on "Offline Sex." So, if the Shimakaze is okay with sex, then it's 'yes' photography for both; but, if the Amatsukaze is okay with sex, then it's 'no' to photography for both.
