I think it's "Teitoku~ Atsui~" but I have no idea how to turn that into gibberish.
Take any similarly sized piece of food (or non-toxic object), place it in your mouth as shown in the image, and try to say the words in English. Then spell out the result as accurately as possible. Or just imagine doing so and transcribe that, like I do. :-)
