The canonical age of a fictional character is often not a good indicator of the nature of fan art content. I've removed the loli tag because of anatomical features, such as size of head relative to body, width of hips relative to shoulders, and size of thighs.
Mii said: Yeah, small breasts isnt the same thing as loli. Lolis have shorter looking bodies and no hips. So if the character has wide hips = not loli imo.
I'm in the same boat. If a depicted character looks of age (or at least about) I wouldn't consider it loli.
