This reminds me, Azusa is often thought to be the next commander after Miho left. Is there any basis on that? Other than her being the only first year tank commander.

The problem with this picture is in my opinion that the heads are extremely pixelated. Especially Miho. If it were only for the tanks, this would be an instant approval since they look very good...but then the characters are kinda destroying the image.

If you take notice that the main cannon of M3 is even more pixelated than the character, to me it looks like just a matter of artist preference on using the coloring tools and picking the resolution. The characters have the same aesthetic as the tanks and the background/foreground.
