That's the Grail's Mud, right? Maybe it's for the Solomon fiasco?

That's the CE Black Grail, when you equip it to a servant, their NP damage gets stronger, at the cost of -500 hp each turn, hence the number you see at the top. Basically it hurts, so David doesn't want it, but hey, more damage.
