I find it interesting that this user posts these images and others on e621, both of which point back to patreons using similar a similar format in their top post, and both of which seem to be trying to ride trends.
Must be a coincidence. Someone wouldn't break the cardinal rule of posting their own work here specifically in order to advertise their patreons...
