Why not? It's obviously a parody of kbub's artstyle. Pretty faithful, tho.

Well, I certainly don't like this artstyle, but this posts lacks one thing other posts have with this style: Shading. While other posts show some kind of shadows and depth, this post here has only four colors: Green, White, Black and Brown. No 50 shades of Green here in the hair, just one tone.
post #2400231 is the same style, but still better. Has some kind of facial expressions, black lines in the hair, a shine. Looks more "alive".
That said: This is one of the worst examples of this style in my opinion.
And a Monochrome version would look much better.

The picture pretty much sums up my feels on those who consistently call for deletion of everything they specifically don't like.

Well, if we're getting "real" here, people who get upset at every red border hold a similar regard in my eyes.

There is a difference between not liking something and something just being low effort and low quality.

When does it stop being a style and when does it start being ugly/low effort/low quality?

Like I said above: There are posts with the same style that look ok. But this one is not good in any way.
