At k2 she has the highest base ASW stat, sure 4 slotter CL performs better before OASW, but that's only two Yuubari (lower armor), and Ooyodo (rare, might not have it)..

I think Isuzu most remembered because of the imfamous "Isuzu Farming"..

There are no useless Kai Ni, especially during event (for routing..)

Isuzu also has that no-conditions-required built-in pre-empt ASW which no one else has (yet). She can go into, say, World 4 equipped for surface combat and still kick some sub ass without fail =3
