本ｘ/貴ｘ (e.g. 本社　and 貴社) pairs are used quite frequently to refer to "our party/your party" in a formal and semi-respectful tone. 貴様 also used to be respectful before sarcasm (and overuse by 'commoners') took over, but I don't think this necessarily applies to other 貴x constructions.

I think Graf is just being her usual aloof self here instead of being overtly hostile or derogatory.

That, and nobody uses keigo much around here. It's still kinda rude; in that it's overly formal.

Now that I looked up the issue between Nenohi and Kunashiri, Nenohi's CO was indeed being a bit rude there, so that was sort of a bad example.

And true, using keigo when inappropriate can be considered rude (like sarcastically calling someone "your Highness" in English).

And people say the Japanese don't understand sarcasm.
