That's not the main focus here. The main focus are the facial expressions and the artist did a good job here. Seems a bit unnecessary to point the missing leg out.
Wouldn't a "Error" tag be enough then? Certainly, if this one was flagged for missing (or forgetting to draw the rest of the leg), then all of the arts with the "Error" tag should be flagged since they all have defaults too (like 6 fingers or a bust that seems reversed etc...).

Well, yeah. If the error is the main focus or so severe that the image becomes "impossible" to look at, then a flag is appropriate. So it depends on individual cases.
Just want to point out that the "splashes of color" and not filling out corners are how this artist colour his works. Though admittedly, this time his work seems to be rushed. Noticeably the lineworks are rougher than other works. (Won't say its "very rough" tho)

Error tags should not fucking matter there is a reason why it's a tag and not a guideline for do not upload. Tony Taka is fucking infamous for fucking up certain body parts, but you don't see people flagging his shit for that reason. Some people flagging for the stupidest reasons.
