hold up my bad. I saw the silver hair and at first glance assumed that meant it was ragna. It's just faceless dude it seems
The only distinguishable features on this faceless male is a prominent nose and a decent sized schlong, yet that alone is enough to find his acquisition of such a great harem to be plausible. Interesting how alpha male characteristics are enough to accept a man's dominance.

It's just a sexy self-insert harem fantasy, dude. No one really cares about plausibility.

I guess they don't call you mentally unstable for no reason?

Well, fitness is really more a factor of condition than characteristics. In the traditional Mendelian sense, A generic body building alpha male in construction fucking sluts in a bar who take the pill is lower in fitness compared to a geeky and wimpy nerd making seven figure salaries in business and having a loyal wife and kids. In a SHTF senario, that muscle man is higher in fitness... or maybe still lower, since the wimpy nerd may have the leadership skills to have others fight for him. It all depends on the end result. You can't just look at body figure and say he is alpha/beta or whatever. It depends on who is successful in the environment, whatever you choose as the measure of success (traditionally being leaving offspring). Mendel never supported the term "survival of fittest" since more "fit" organisms do not always survive or leave offspring due to a combination of bad luck and incompatibility with their current environment
For humans, psychology differs far more than our actual physical bodies, and for that reason I would say that you can look at genetic makeup as more of a shell than the end result. A guy could rape like 10 women, but if the husbands of the women raise the bastards into people completely opposite of their biological father, I would say the husbands actually have higher fitness since the genetic makeup of that bio father has very low bearing on the offspring's fitness as opposed to behavior in human society. The offspring pass down the psychology of the husband, not of the bio father.

Where the hell did that come from?

Sorry, that came out of nowhere, its just that I've always been interested in the designs of protagonists, and with how this picture is framed, it makes it seem like a game cg from an eroge. How the protagonist looks in an eroge is a topic of great interest to me, as while their looks are usually unimportant, they are also the least seen characters in the games themselves.
To give an example of the intrigue, I once played a VN where the protag would never be seen with most of their body in frame, yet for the second to final scene of the last heroine's route, a picture is shown where the protagonist is shown from the waste up, eyes and all. He looked just like any run of the mill protag, yet to see what he was wearing the entire time, to see his height in relation to the heroines, and most of all, how he looked when making an expression was really fascinating to me. Like on subsequent playthroughs, I could be even more immersed when I can visualize the protag doing the actions he was described as doing now that I had a basis.
