    艦隊ジャーナル 184.5（sample）

    09/11の砲雷撃戦の新刊『艦隊ジャーナルXII』のおまけ描き下ろし漫画全8頁です。これははたして漫画なのか疑わしいですけど面倒なので漫画って事にしときます。
    瓦版と同様にﾎﾞﾔｯﾀｰの要望が多かったので気紛れで復刻。折角なのでバージョンアップさせました。少しは読み易くなったかもしれない。話の舞台は少し前に番外編で描いてた「鎮守府夏季休暇百景編」です。
    サンプルとして半分公開ですが、いつも通りぶっちゃけこの話を読まなくても次回に支障は無いかと思います。
    砲雷撃戦・軍令部酒保合同演習四戦目「U-01/02 CheckMate!」で参加します。
    公開してたS12「四海同胞編」の艦これ漫画を加筆＋画質修正して、この描き下ろしショート漫画「184.5」を完全収録した新刊になっております。良かったら覗いてやってください。

    Well I wasn't sure of the meaning, the main reason being in this previous post my note was changed from liberalist to libertarian, then I figured that might be the correct answer, so I put the same word here. The devil here is pretty much a joy seeker than anything though.

    Yeah, from context I think "libertine" is what's wanted. It's like being a hedonist, only more so. "A person who is morally or sexually unrestrained."

    Basically for the reasons zgryphon noted. Free morally/sexually, not free from excessive authority.

    Yeah, this Hibiki obviously doesn't give a single fuck about politics unless it affects her personally or those few things/people that she cares about. And while stoic, it's also clear that she doesn't give a fuck about the rules, and drinks like there's no tomorrow; about the only thing she's not doing that is typical libertine activity is sexual stuff.

    ... Speaking of which, does this Hibiki have any indications that she actually cares about other shipgirls in a benevolent way? All I see from her is that she's a highly abrasive troll towards everyone, her little sister Inazuma included. That's very much unlike any other depiction of Hibiki, in which it's always clear that she has a strong bond with the other Akatsuki-class girls, and oftentimes with Tenryuu as well (because, you know, "Tenryuu's Kindergarten").
