at lvl 84 she can reach 100 ASW with 3x T3 sonar + T3 DC, that's not average anymore...
in short Her base lv99 ASW is only 69 same as tenryuu class only thing made her become best ASW in game is her 4 slot Ooyodo has 4 slot too but she has pitiful base ASW that make her can't kill SS before get torp first
and most CL kai has 79+ ASW at lv99 . Yuubari even is low-average tier in base stat but with ASW damage calculation that mostly come from Equipment. She can beat Isuzu(94 base ASW) in ASW
