    From personal experience, with regular exercising on the side, you can get away with lousy eating habits without getting fat, but after a while the lack of variety in your diet can really mess you up even if it doesn't show on the outside. It wouldn't surprise me if certain dietary deficiencies could cause hallucinations for real.
