I've got to wonder: what species is the girl? Draenei are big, yes, but pink skin and pointy ears says high elf or blood elf, and those are almost as tall as draenei. She's closer to human size, and maybe on the short side even for that.
Probably a very short blood elf (the green eyes are a blood-elf sign), which makes this also a cross-faction romance, and particularly so given that, other than orcs, blood elves have the bloodiest personal history with the draenei.

Its most likey a blood elf the artist just made her shorter then usual also Draenei and Blood elves have been together a lot in 3rd party orginzations so i don't think a romance of both races would be that unusual.
