If you look in the commentary history you'll see that when they're uploaded the text of the commentary comes out as "1[http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&amp;illust_id=44311019] 4-33[http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&amp;illust_id=58812099] " so there's a bit more to it than that.

I think what NWSiaCB is trying to say is that the commentary is fairly simple to translate that you (and whoever else who upload Meitoro's manga) can do it by yourself without putting a commentary translation request.

Yeah, the title is "Commander Inazuma" chapter-page and the "body" is just links to the first and previous pages. Those parts don't have anything to even translate, it's just a chapter-page number and url that's already in English. (Or Arabic numerals, I suppose.)

Unless it says something in addition to that, like last week's, there's no real point in worrying about it.
