the head isn't too large. it's just the hair that give that impression. you can actually see the size of her head by judging the outline of her cheek which is pretty normal.

the hands also not too long. that's because the body is bending forward. the outline of her butt clearly suggested that. that's why if you only comparing the body with the hand, the hands looks longer.
