This picture is from a book where the artist does a thorough breakdown of the drawing process. The book itself doesn't seem to be uploaded anywhere, but I found the PSDs for this picture.

Another pool would be excessive, but certainly an interesting combination of East and West.

East: Girl, fabrics, table, sword, vase, animal masks.

West: Clock ( albeit with oriental lettering: maybe a Jesuit construct ), bound books, drawer/handles, Gothic curved window.

The mobiles seem to be a synthesis.
