    Not uncharming. Is 2-dimensional a recognised thing ? This looks like a picture of a flat paper construct.

    Like a pop-up book to explain that more.

    Let me say it this way: she is looking like paper because she lacks depth.
    But then the hand or clothes are showing depth for example.
    I'd say that the artist did mess up with the face and hair^^.
