as for the line. there's like colored line scribbled into the thick outline. but i don't think it's badly drawn. it feels like the artist trying to make their artwork more distinct/ has abit more style into it. and overall actually it's more pleasing to look at compare to this artist's previous artworks giving how dynamic the outline is.

oh, thank you so much for such a constructive feedback. but of course i do have standards. however rather than seeing thing in with only one perspective and judge the entire thing with that view alone or being one dimensional, i'd prefer to think the problem more than once and try to see thing from different perspective, in this case in aesthetics point of view.

ok, maybe you should add some substance into your comments next time, so people don't think of you as a some kind of troll or something.
and in what reason you called this "deviant-art bad"? this far outclass most of bad art on DA. the color is bright and pleasing to look at; there's no foul anatomy; the design is nice and cute; the outline still clearly differentiate the various parts of the body; no unnecessary detail in the illustration; even if it using detailed lace for highlighting the hair, it actually add more into the art.
