That's why I've written "still"^^. And this pool is for know, although this should only count for fanmade Pokémon :/. Well, since the last form of Rowlet isn't something that wears sunglasses but is an archer, it still fits for now :3.

I like Rowlet's potential final evolution but I'm hoping for different versions for Litten and Popplio. Just personally.

We'll just take it out of the pool when they are officially confirmed, even though it's obvious they are real.

I still can't see the connection between the 2nd/3rd form owls. Like they don't even look like they were designed by the same person.

That's really the only thing that makes me still skeptical. Litten/Popplio's forms do look legit.

But hey, it could be another case of the Chespin line, where the final form looks really nothing like the first two.

Regardless of how the final form owl looks like though, GRASS OWL ALL THE WAY.

Honestly, I just ain't seein' it. Like, maybe those leaked evolutions might've been concept art or something, but looking at how each 'mon has developed in their first confirmed evolution kinda makes it hard for me to see them being real.

Brionne's supposed evolution looks more like she'd be directly progressing from Popplio -- yes, she's carrying on the 'siren' angle that Pop Star Brionne is angling towards, but at the same time for the ruffle to first drop down into skirts and then pop back up into a ruffle, skirt, and dress hem seems a little strange.

Torracat's 'bell' might seem like it fits with its supposed evolution's belt (as may its fur pattern), but it seems a bit strange for the evolution to suddenly gain a whole bunch of grey on its midriff AND for the bell to 1) drop down to its waist and 2) lose all definition. They make a pretty big deal about the 'bell' in Torracat's fluff, so it just seems like it's a bit more important than that. I could see it changing, yes (see Dewott -> Samurott and their shells/swords), but not going quite so . . . flat, y'know?

Dartrix's supposed evolution raises the most red flags here -- sure, they both have a gimmick with their wings, but that's where the similarities end. Rowlet and Dartrix both possess a classy, gentlemanly vibe (particularly with their bow ties), so for that (and Dartrix's newfound hair 'thing' [it's apparently rather touchy about its hairdo]) to suddenly be chucked out the window at speed in favor of a begoggled yeoman seems more than a little suspect. Even if we claim the differences between Chespin's forms as an indication such a thing could happen, there was still some logical progression to be found (Chespin first bulked up, and then that bulked-up form translated over into the shell on Chesnaught's back) -- in the transition between Dartrix and his assumed final form, so much of its nature is traded-out in favor of a different aesthetic that it's hard to really believe it.

As with any speculation, however, there's always a chance it's right, and if it is I'm not going to get bent out of shape about it. However, as it stands now I really just can't see it being likely -- at least not as-is. As said, these designs we were leaked could still have been little more than concept art, so we might end up with something similar but different.

It seems someone hacked the Demo and released a dump of the pokemons from the game and seems these MIGHT be the final evolutions.

However, it could still be a hoax(I'm also skeptic about it) so until the real release is given, take it with a grain of salt.

I think this looks pretty...well...good. Except the final Fire evolution of the Starter.
But I think there might be missing something. Doesn't look all Pokémon are listed there since then there would only be around 10 unrevealed until release. I don't say it's wrong, but I hope it's not complete.

I think they look good, but overdone. But given how many Pokemon there are now (Did we break the 1000 mark yet?) I can't blame the art designers.

From what I hear, not ALL of the new Pokemon is in the demo data.

i think the latest pokedex leaks have said there are 800 in this game.

While I do agree that you can't make 1000 monsters without making some that will look bad, it's still a dumb move on their front to even try to design a fire starter to remotely resemble a fighting type at this point(regardless of whether or not it is really fighting).

Even with the entire circus motif they have going on, you know they could've given the strongman archetype to either 2 of the other starters instead just to dodge this entire issue.

There's a difference between "we thought people might like this, but I guess we missed the spot" and "we know this design will not be liked by many, but let's push it out anyway".

Case in point with Delphox. I mean it looked so bad even the anime and Pokken preferred Braixen over it. Certainly not helping that it's the worst Kalos starter competitively.

No need to doubt anymore; they're 100% confirmed, even if not officially. You have to be in major denial if you still think they're fake.

I read a compelling theory that Litten's final form is based on a famous "Tiger Mask" passed down by famous villains in Japanese wrestling, who used dirty, underhanded tactics to fight, making it Fire/Dark and not Fire/Fighting.

You never really know with the enterwebz these days. I don't really trust anything unless it's got an official source and can be 100% verified. But that's just me.

Decidueye still kinda floors me (like, I guess Robin Hood might make the transition make a smidgen of sense?), I'll freely admit, even though these guys're confirmed officially now.

However, I feel like my concerns regarding the seeming 'flatness' of Incineroar's belt were kinda vindicated -- his official art gives the thing a LOT more 'pop', a sense of thickness; it has substance now, and it looks a lot better that way.
