The one in game was Syrenead Sie Hyskaris.

Looks like a regular green mage to me.

...Except for the part where she's talking about defeating a dragon. Oh, and the hair color.

she's a viera from one of the missions where you have to take the girl to capture a dragon (or defeat).

she dresses like a green mage, but hardly has any abilities from it. in other words, she's probably one of the worse things to take with you on a mission.
