It looks like a rather normal discussion between a gentlemen in a suit smoking a cigar and a man sitting in a chair backwards with a backpack dog, while having a cup of tea and listening to music through his vine ear buds.

Holy shit I want that backpack.

The backpack dog also makes an appearance in post #248552.

The man in the suit is supposed to be Bartók Béla, a long dead Hungarian composer.
The title of the picture is "Bartók's Forest".

And yes, that's a woman on the left, not a man. As can be seen in the post NWF Renim linked.

Tagged him with his more commonly seen name order, "bela_bartok" (sans accents).

By the way, as far as I can tell, the dialogue Yara pasted means something like

"You are truly dour, aren't you" "Well said, for not having heard anything other than Romania"

... whatever that means. Or is it "Well said, for not having been heard outside Romania"? Considering he's a composer... but he's not even from Romania.

Well, even assuming I translated it correctly, I don't know who's speaking when, so I still can't make sense of it. Anyone feel like setting me straight?

I assume it (the dialogue) is a comment on Bartok's difficult-to-approach music. People who don't like it call it "atonal". People who do like it call it "polychromatic". Needless to say, you won't hear him at the Pops Orchestra.
