Ryujo and the Legendary Admiral
BeFlat vol.1 was an anthology project by Kirigakure Detective Agency (illust/58121682) featuring Ryujo from KanColle. BeFlat vol.1 contained the works of over 20 illustrators and was released at Comic Market 90 in August 2016.
BeFlat vol.2 will be released at Comic Market 91 in December 2016. One of the many stories within is "Ryujo and the Legendary Admiral", by Adrian "Sixten" Ferrer, from Seattle, Washington, USA. Japanese translation will be provided by Motomachitencho (user/4065991).
To paraphrase Seattle's own Sir Planes-A-Lot, if you like flight decks and you cannot lie, grab a copy of BeFlat vol.2.
