Not only that: The head is also too small (at least it looks that way) and the body twist with those large funbags looks...at least unhealthy for her spine in that position.

It's been a while since 23's last update, so I'm just happy to see one but...yeah, it's really hard to ignore how small DSG's head is.

Even from the thumbnail, I thought it was some other artist doing fanart of DSG.

The spine isn't really the problem here. That is working.
It's the head and her right leg that is really awful.

Thats generally true about all social communities; negative responses to anything is heavily frowned upon. Most people would rather have silence rather than (possibly) constructive criticism.
