I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it did. Of course we're also comparing the series Sketchbook with Touhou, and just here alone you can see the massive tag count difference between the two (and thus the popularity difference). An ounce of the popularity of the one would obviously equate to improve viewership numbers for the other.
