I thought the artist was poking fun at the graphical bugs and limitations of interactive Live2D games where notably large gaps may appear when forcing a character into an angle. But looking at his pixiv and instantly regretting it this artist just appear to have a thing for little girls who part their hair into sections with a significant rift revealing the scalp in between.
