深夜の交通事故現場へ出た時の事。

事故を起こした当人たちは、揃って「道端に何か居た」と言う。

何かと聞いても「良くわからない」　「大きな人のような」とか要領を得ない。　

コレは揃って薬物検査かなと考え始めた時、何か気配のようなものを感じた気がした。

暗く良く見えないその方向へライトを向けてみると、側溝から顔のようなものがこちらを覗いていた。

そうか、コイツが事故の原因なんだな。

人外は意図しないルーメンの暴力で失明してしまいましたとさ。

I went to the scene of a traffic accident late at night.

The party at fault all said "something was living in the side of the road".

When pressed for specifics, all I got was "I didn't really understand what it was", or "it was kind of like a person but bigger", and nothing concrete.

At the time we started testing them for drugs, there was suddenly a chill in the mood.

I turned my light in that direction, since it was dark and I couldn't see, and saw something like a face in the gutter.

Ah, so this guy was the cause of the accident.
