I cannot agree with this. There's already a serious problem with people missing a lot of context from people not transferring commentary, and translators just not bothering to translate commentaries that contain the actual punchlines, but on top of that, how is an average, non-Japanese-speaking user to tell which commentaries are "boring" without having some means of knowing what's in them?
