I did my best translating it for you. Basically there's mosquitoes carrying around a chemical called muramuramin when they bite. Muramura means to become horny and -min is just the ending you might find on another fictitious chemical. The character got bitten by a mosquito rumored on the news and the doctor is applying ointment and treatment in the tropiest of ways.

I want to roll my eyes at the plot, but........ considering there is also a spider bite that causes men to have erections for several hours to the point they risk losing their penis from the constricted flow of fresh blood to it, then this story is not too far fetched.
