Come to think of it, is there any reason Hatsukaze is tsundere? Or is that just her natural personality?
She's not as well-known as a tsundestroyer as Akebono, Kasumi, Michishio, or Murakumo, but she definitely talks in a tsundere fashion. In fact, her tone very much sounds like an impatient Haruhi pretty much all the time.
She responds to repeated clicks/pokes by saying she'll beat him up and tell Myoukou-neesan on him; responds to marriage proposals by calling him a "stupid admiral", but that she'll keep the flowers and ring; responds to resupply/equipment changes in very "tsun" fashion (including a Bono-esque "no peeking!" when bathing); all her hourlies are severely terse and "tsun"; and her sinking line is "I wanted Admiral to be so much more stronger so... I kept saying harsh things to him... sorry..."
