Should there be certain tags that implies to each other? Because I've seen plenty of Jeanne, Mordred, Vlad, etc. fanart doesn't have apocrypha tag, also Stheno and Eury fanart doesn't have Hollow Ataraxia tag.

Character tags don't imply their copyright. Fixing the tagging errors is immensely more simple than the can of worms it would be to maintain such a thing.
