    To be fair, it's pretty hard not to make Yamakaze cry. Umikaze is making the situation much worse than it should be by going nuts on the Admiral. At that point, the Admiral can't really do or say anything that would make the situation any better and only Yamakaze can do anything to defuse the situation if she had a grasp of the situation and the amount of assertiveness required to overrule her sister.

    Thus, while the Admiral isn't completely faultless, it's not in Yamakaze's best interests to lash out on the Admiral for something as petty like that.
